- PC Magazine's editorial staff recently named Speakeasy as the Fastest DSL Connection in a test of numerous providers. The publication also cited Speakeasy's superior customer service in its "Best Bets – DSL Connections" profile in the same issue. In 2006, Speakeasy also received the magazine's Readers. Choice Award for the ISP-DSL category.
- Inc. Magazine has recognized Speakeasy as one of the most dynamic private companies in the inaugural year of its "Inc. 5,000" report. The list ranks the top 100 companies in each state after a thorough review of corporate success, leadership and sales. Speakeasy's inclusion at number 75 on Inc.'s Washington-based companies list and 4,009 nationwide is based on its revenue growth prior to becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of Best Buy in April 2007.
