Course Module Learning Objective Voice Sales Agent
Selling and consulting on Speakeasy Voice for any customer opportunity. Full understanding of features, benefits, pricing, and Voice assessments. Voice Site Surveyor
Understanding of how to perform a LAN Assessment and determine whether a customer's network can run Voice effectively. Voice Installer
Ability to professionally install the Edgemarc VoIP Gateway, configure it to work with a customer's LAN, and demonstrate IP connectivity with Speakeasy's Voice Activations team. Knowledge of how to install IP Phones within the customer's LAN, making sure the phones are configured properly and 911 service is operational. Voice Admin & Trainer
Ability to train end users on the Voice Portal. Ability to perform outsourced phone services for end users. Knowledge of how to perform the VoIP Administrator function and make adds/moves/changes to the customer's phone system. - How do I get started?
